We got this for an older family member who needed some extra assistance getting up from seated positions. It's been a great addition to the house. The chair is comfortable for everyday use, and the lift function makes standing much more manageable. The controls aren't complicated either, which was important for us.

The lift speed feels just right to me. Slow enough that I never feel rushed or unsteady, but not so slow that I'm waiting forever to stand up. I also really appreciate the battery backup feature. It's reassuring to know there's an option if the power goes out. Very thoughtful design.

Honestly, I didn't want a chair that looked like medical equipment sitting in the middle of my living room. This one looks like a regular modern recliner, which I LOVE. You'd never guess it has a full lift mechanism until you actually use it. Practical without looking out of place.

One button and I'm practically lying down for a nap. The reclining motion is super smooth and I don't have to mess around with manual handles or levers. Easily my favorite furniture purchase this year. Should've gotten one sooner.
