Refund & Return Policy

Refund & Return Policy

Milwaukee Furniture

We want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. Because furniture requires special handling, delivery, and inspection, we follow strict policies to ensure safety and fairness for all customers.

No Returns / No Refunds

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds on any furniture purchases.

Damaged Items Policy

If an item arrives damaged during delivery by our Milwaukee Furniture delivery team, we will:

  • Repair the item at no cost, or
  • Exchange the item for a new replacement.

Any damage must be reported immediately upon delivery while our delivery team is still present.

Once the delivery team leaves the property, we cannot accept damage claims.

Mattress Policy

For hygiene and federal law reasons, all mattress sales are final.

  • No returns
  • No exchanges
  • No refunds

Assembled Furniture

Once an item is assembled, it becomes non-returnable and non-refundable, even if the assembly was completed by the customer.

Special Orders

Special orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit.

If you cancel a special order for any reason, the deposit cannot be returned.

Restocking Fee — If a Return Exception Is Approved

In rare cases where management approves a return exception, the following apply:

  • A 25% restocking fee will apply.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping or pickup fees.
  • The original delivery fee is non-refundable.

Exceptions are approved at the sole discretion of management.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are always non-refundable, even if an order is canceled or a return exception is approved.

Return Pickup Policy

Customers cannot bring items back to our warehouse or store.

For safety and liability reasons, all approved returns must be:

  • Picked up from the customer's home.
  • Subject to a pickup fee based on location.

We cannot accept items transported by the customer due to the risk of damage during transport.

Warranty Information

We honor all manufacturer warranties.

If your item comes with a third-party warranty, claims can be submitted directly with the warranty company.
